when I using dbms_lock.sleep(0.05)
it gives an error message says:
ora-00600: internal error code, arguments:[17069],[78434040],[],[],[],[],[],[]

You need to provide more information. It works for me:x122>
x122> exec dbms_lock.sleep(0.05)
PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.
x122> select * from v$version;
BANNER CON_ID
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------
